How does local data get here?

Stamp observes a player and stamps a play after the duration floor.
That play is written to chrome.storage.local (on your machine).
A Stamp content script on this site reads that storage and postMessages the list into the page.
This page never talks to Spotify/YouTube and does not need the Stacks API for viewing.

Keep Stamp enabled, then use Spotify Web / YouTube Music / etc.
Return here: your stamps should appear without any server.
